How You Can Help

SPONSOR A FAMILY
Every family that we sponsor costs $550. It may seem like a lot, but that money covers presents for all family members, a Christmas tree plus decorations, a $100 Meijer gift card for their Christmas meal, and a Bible.
Maybe your family decides to practice sacrificial giving, and sponsors a family instead of buying each other presents (that’s how Secret Families was started!). Perhaps you choose to make Secret Families your holiday donation of choice, with your own funds or together with friends or neighbors.

Spread The Word
One of the best ways to help Secret Families reach as many deserving families as we possibly can is to spread the word about our mission. If you or a friend has served with Secret Families, share your story with everyone you can! The more people know about our mission, the easier it will be to help families in need.
Reach out to your pastor about having us come speak at your church, or your small group leader about letting us share our story at your weekly meeting.
If you’re a part of a local service group or a sorority or fraternity, we would love to tell your members how they can help. If your networking or business group wants to know more about getting involved with a local charity, we can answer all your questions.
Call Al Holdren (765-744-0369) or Ken Glaub (765-215-4946) to schedule a meeting.
Fundraise / Donate
Your generosity fuels the mission of Secret Families. Every single contribution — big or small — helps us bring hope and joy to families in need during the holidays.
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to get involved? Host your own fundraiser!
-
Rally your neighborhood for a bake sale.
-
Plan a game night with entry fees and homemade prizes.
-
Organize a cornhole tournament or friendly competition.
-
Employers can offer casual wear days for $2 a day or match employee donations to double the impact.
We also host fundraisers throughout the year to support our mission. Whether you give, host, or participate, your involvement helps change lives.
Together, we can make the holidays brighter for families in our community.
